Mountain Biking Located in Grand Forks County, 20 miles west of Grand Forks, is Turtle River State Park. A little over 2 miles long this loop is a great place to bring the family for mountain bike riding. This grassy and dirt packed single track surface is great for the novice and intermediate riders. A more advanced trail is being developed for the more experienced rider. Ride the flat plains of Northern North Dakota, wooded areas and wetlands also can be found on this adventure. Wildlife will also be seen along this trail, and if your lucky you might get to see a moose along the way, not unheard of in this area. So come enjoy what North Dakota has to offer all you mountain bike riders.
